A Snippet

A sneak preview of the wedding: we have table numbers, people!  We bought a big box of numbers cheap from an antiques shop on Etsy, sanded and re-painted them and glued them onto bases, and now they are ours. AK even had to create some improvised 1's in a friend's workshop, because in a box full of random numbers we somehow ran out of 1's.  It's been a fun little crafting project, but I'm glad it's done.  Next up: painting cornhole boards, fun fun!

Things are going well overall - just the details to tie together now.  We way over-invited, partly out of love for all of our family and friends (it's so hard to cut people!) and partly out of blind hope that it would just work itself out.  With a sizable number of guests coming from a different time zone, we figured we might have a larger-than-normal attrition rate.  And as of a week or so ago we hit the number we needed.  Phew!  So even if everyone from here on out RSVP'd yes, we'd be okay on size.  So we're in the zone!
