Ground-level apartment

There is a boy who lives in the next apartment building over. Actually, there are two boys who live in the next building over, and they appear to be brothers.

And they own a PowerWheels vehicle.

The older brother is the primary driver of the car, but the younger one likes to fight over driving rights. And when they fight while they're driving... they come darn near barreling through my living room window. Can you imagine the hilarity of that moment, should it ever happen?
